What is it?
It is a 'Home School Association' (HSA), also known as a Parent/ Teacher Association (PTA).
Who belongs to it?
You! All parents/ guardians and all staff at Priory School are members of the Priory School Association.
Why does it exist?
At the simplest level - to support and help all the children at Priory School. How?
- By providing opportunities for parents to help in school.
- By providing opportunities for parents and staff to talk about issues affecting the school and the children.
- By providing financial support, often to buy essential educational equipment and resources.
When and where does it all happen?
Meetings occur once a term, social and fund-raising events happen throughout the year, sometimes in school, sometimes elsewhere in Torquay.
The school calendar and the weekly bulletins publish dates and times of all these.
