Collective Worship

Prayer and worship are central to the daily life of our school. We aim to provide opportunities for children's spiritual growth and development through participation in a variety of forms of worship and through experiencing all forms of prayer: formal, informal, spontaneous, private, shared, petitionary and meditative.

At Priory, our Collective Worship takes many forms. The children take great pride in leading prayer sessions with younger children in the school, preparing Intercessions for our Celebration Of The Word and participating in prayers throughout the day. For many of our children, these times are a chance for reflection and peace.

We have recently had Stephen Riedlinger into school from Aid To The Church In Need to pray the Rosary with all children across the school.

We are fortunate at Priory to have a developing space for Reflection and Relaxation. We will keep you updated!
